Yes. WinterBrooke carries $2 million in event liability insurance and every bartender is ServSafe certified and licensed. We send the certificate of insurance directly to your venue — most venues require it before releasing the space.
For Central Florida weddings, 9–12 months out is typical. Peak season runs October through April, and those Saturdays fill first. Off-peak dates and Friday or Sunday events have far more availability, often within a few months.
Yes — the bar itself, ice, coolers, mixers, garnish, glassware or cups, tools, napkins, straws, and full setup and breakdown. The alcohol is the only separate line, invoiced through ABC Fine Wine & Spirits at their price with no markup from us.
All of Central Florida — Orlando, Kissimmee, Winter Park, Lake Mary, Clermont, Windermere, Saint Cloud, Titusville, and the surrounding areas. If your venue is outside that range, ask us anyway; we travel for the right event.
