How much does corporate event bar service cost in Orlando?
WinterBrooke Bar starts at $850 for up to 50 guests over four hours of service. A 100-guest company event over four hours runs $1,300, and a 200-guest event over five hours runs $2,450. Those figures include setup, service, breakdown, bartenders, ice, mixers, garnish, cups and napkins. Alcohol is invoiced separately at cost.
What is included in the price, and what is billed separately?
Everything except the alcohol is included: the bar itself, licensed uniformed bartenders, all tools and glassware, ice, mixers, garnish, cups, straws and napkins, plus load-in and breakdown. Alcohol is purchased at cost through ABC Fine Wine & Spirits with no markup from us, and unopened bottles come back off your invoice.
Can you invoice our company and work with our AP department?
Yes. WinterBrooke Bar issues formal invoices, accepts purchase orders, and works on Net 30 terms. We supply a current W-9 the same day it is requested and a $2,000,000 certificate of insurance naming your organization as additional insured at no charge. Everything procurement needs is on the for planners page.
How many bartenders does a corporate event need?
We staff one bartender per 80 guests as a standard, which keeps the line moving without overstaffing the room. A 150-person company party gets two bartenders; a 250-person event gets four. If you are serving a craft cocktail menu rather than beer, wine and two mixed drinks, we will often add one more.
How far in advance should a company book a bar vendor?
For December holiday parties, book in September or October — the first two Saturdays in December are the first dates to go every year. For the rest of the calendar, four to six weeks is usually comfortable. We have taken dates on ten days' notice, so it is always worth asking.
What areas of Central Florida do you serve?
WinterBrooke Bar serves Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Mary, Windermere, Kissimmee, Saint Cloud, Clermont and Titusville, plus the surrounding Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake and Brevard county areas. There is no travel fee inside roughly an hour of Orlando.
Are you licensed and insured to serve alcohol at a corporate event?
Yes. WinterBrooke Bar carries $2,000,000 in general liability with liquor liability included, and every bartender is ServSafe Alcohol certified and trained in responsible-service and over-service prevention. We can name your company, your venue, or both as additional insured on the certificate.
